The project was initiated as a necessary completion of a broader project called “promotion of youth culture in Serbia”.
In fact, during the implementation of this previous project, we found out that one of the problems of the young cultural entrepreneurs is the lack of spaces, regardless of geographical and social area they belong to.
Through this project we wanted to investigate, compare and promote the use of unconventional spaces for the productions and enjoyment of cultural events.
The goal is to encourage participation and enjoyment of youth cultural productions, who run the risk of being excluded, favouring thus the production of low cost cultural events for the partner associations.
The project will be made up of a Contact Making Seminar; Contemporary dance, Video Art, Photo and Music workshops and a final realization of an event.
The final event has been held in one unconventional space in the town of Novi Sad, in Serbia. The place was an ancient and charming Turkish Bath in the town.
